1. Our English is simply the best. We have a partnership with Penguin Random House. We use proprietary Natural Language Understanding/AI to populate our questions with precise curriculum-aligned questions and high-utility words. We then have it edited by subject matter experts.
2. Our Verbal Reasoning was created by the former Head of Assessments at GL Assessments who worked on the CAT4, GL11+ and ISEB. We also work with a leading lexicographer who has thirty years of experience writing dictionaries for Chambers and Collins. In some topics, we use algorithms to model possible word combinations so we get maximum coverage and accurate age-levelling.
3. Our Non-verbal reasoning was created by the same author who works almost exclusively on the CAT4, as well as the ISEB and other leading exams.
4. Our Maths and consortium Problem-Solving has been developed by expert mathematicians working with teachers.

Atom Learning/Quest are restricted from providing assessment prep for the Consortium 11+ exam. Study Hall has no conflicts of interest.

Importantly, no other platform has adaptive mock exams for the parent or school market. Their adaptive is only used on the real exam. Your child will need to practice getting high accuracy on the beginning parts of the test with a truly adaptive platform. Yes! Unlike other platforms, you do not need to stress, guess and assign content for your child. The platform is designed for children to use on their own. Dakota, our AI tutor, is there to help them if they get stuck. Dakota will identify topics with low accuracy and track repeated mistakes. Dakota will even recommend flashcard packs to build vocabulary and Prep Sheets to learn skills.

No other platform has adaptive mock exams. Second, we map your child’s exam boards and target schools to their Study Plan. We even deduplicate content across exams such as the Consortium 11+ and ISEB Pretest, so you don’t waste time. Third, we identify topics with low accuracy and track repeated mistakes. Accuracy is critical. Importantly, we do not put struggling students on an easier track like other providers. While this is good practice for learning, it’s not for exam prep. This limits exposure to critical exam content. Instead, we maintain a mix of easy and hard questions for everyone. We will analyse your mistakes and provide additional support.
